Ambrogio Pozzi for Rosenthal Studio Linie Yellow Duo Wave Cups and Saucers

$175.00

I fell hard for this set when I saw it…the bright yellow against the white with that orange accent, the space-age/pop art/mid-century modern design, the rounded bottoms that make them stack perfectly, those round handles…I could go on and on.

But when I went searching for information about them, I ran into a roadblock…I couldn’t find them listed anywhere online; even my favorite resource replacements.com didn’t have them listed or available.

I finally found out why…these are rare…very rare! Briefly produced and released in Europe in the 1970s by Ambrogio Pozzi for Rosenthal Studio-Linie, they are the iconic yellow "Duo Wave" pattern.

This listing includes a total of 5 cups and 5 saucers.

Size & Capacity Guide (Please Read Carefully):

Cup Dimensions: 2.75" Diameter x 2.75" Height (excluding handle).

Liquid Capacity: Holds 6 oz comfortably (leaving about 1/4" headspace at the top).

Size Context: These are standard European coffee/tea cups. They are larger than espresso/demitasse cups, but smaller than large modern American coffee mugs.
